Social Media Terms & Conditions
1. The Social Platform is Free to use by everyone above 12 years of age. The platform can be used to Connect with other users, chat privately, add friends and Group, and publish your activities, job openings and blogs.
You can register by signing up using your email preferably Gmail. By signing up as a registered Individual or Organization, you agree to:
Provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself or organization.
Maintain and promptly update the Profile Data and Picture to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.
2. You can access Social Place features for registered individuals or organizations by logging in. It is the User’s responsibility to keep their login information confidential.
3. Any problems regarding a User’s account, or suspicions of inauthenticity can be reported to Social Place. We will not be held accountable for any consequences brought about by an account’s misuse.
4. You are not allowed to Post and Share Inappropriate content such as:
a. Child Exploitation b. Direct Attack c. False News d. Gambling e. Hate Speech f. Misleading or Scam g. Nudity h. Profanity i. Prohibited Item j. Self Harm k. Sexually Inappropriate l. Spam m. Violence
We utilize Profanity Filter and Community Moderation to prevent spread of Inappropriate Content. See Reporting Prohibited Content if you find any of the above.
5. We do not allow the User Account of the following:
a. Child below 13 years old b. Group and Individual identified by the Government and other Countries as Criminal and Terrorist
6. Social Place reserves the right to refuse and terminate use of the Platform to any User for any reason, such as if the account has activities or information that have caused harm to others, have provided reasonable grounds for it to be suspected as inauthentic or incomplete, have spread Inappropriate content or have violated any of the Terms.
TERMS & CONDITION UPDATES
